Tips for Office Bonsai

The weather is getting colder every day. Heater helps to keep dry and warm air in room. Dry air speeded moisture evaporation from soft skin. Many symptoms of itching and flaking come with dry skin. Meanwhile, windows closed tightly to keep cold air outside. Less fresh air makes person feel drowsy, people in the office works less efficient.

Bonsai brings fresh air to improve air quality; photosynthesis of broad leaves provide more oxygen in air, while soil with water helps release the dry air to improve moisture rate.
What kind of bonsai should be chosen in office?
 
Bonsai, with wider leaves seem to do better in shady office, provides more oxygen, is good to be put in office room. On the other hand, succulent bonsai asks less care time with cute appearance is also often to be found itself on office desks. 
  • Yulu
Yulu is one of the succulents bonsai. Its mesophyll seems very thick with semi-transparent green color. The whole plant of Yulu looks like a rose flower. Yulu bonsai, used to dry air condition, with cute mini size, is often to be found in office corner.
 
Tips: In order to get a healthy Yulu bonsai, water mist sprayed above leaves is a smart choice. 
  • Ivy
Ivy, with wild leaves, branches wreath and drop down naturally, works like a green curtain. The flourish leaves contribute more superficial area for evaporation to increase moisture rate in office.
Tips: Water mist should be sprayed above leaves in every other morning.
Podocarpus bonsai is a kind of evergreen plant. The new bought bonsai pot should not be changed immediately. The old pot may be embedded directly into a bigger better looking bonsai pot. The bonsai should not be cultivated with organic soil to avoid pets.
Tips: constant temperature in office keeps podocarpus bonsai grows into moderate size.
